Admin Meeting 1

Alright I am calling the admins to discuss the site rules and other information so that you are informed on how I want to run the site. So please join as soon as you can.

So, what are we starting to deal with now? Do you have any concerns, a certain way to it to be run?

Alright I just wanted to make sure that you were all aware of the rules especially the rules for Pirate Lords and the job lists. First off can anyone tell me the posting rule for Pirate Lords?

Pirate Lords must post at least twice a week. If not, they are demoted unless they're a cannon pirate lord, then they just swap handlers.

I promise i'll get Ang's profile up, but having 43 characters PLUS its NAPLAN test week, PLUS my cousins that I see once every two years are coming over on the weekend so

I beleive I am trying to catch up with you ..I am up to 40..lol

Yes that is correct. Alright time for the job lists I have made this for a reason so that I have a little bit of order of course. I want to make sure that the rules I have on there that I would like to be followed as well. Especially the first mates and pirate rules. It is true that I let captains choose their captains and first mates but I want to make sure that they tell one of us who they choose for either one of those positions.

Makes perfect sense. No one is above the rules, not even us, and we shall try to be as active as possible. I agree with the first mate, perhaps asking a first mate to make a topic with the captain of said ship as an interview of some sort? Or at least to come up with a backstory together.

Just wondering if Jezebel told anyone of you about Natasha being her First Mate.

I agree with the interview process. That will keep us infmoramed on what is going on.

Okay and I know that Kari didn't hear anything either so I added a new rule yesterday.

'First Mates will be sorted as Pirates until they have had their interview with the Captain whose crew they wish to join and Henric or Kari are to be advised of the interview thread.'

I have also thought about assigning all of you a job to do on the site.

Kari: Will be second in command and in charge of sorting

Saisha (Molly): Will be in charge of approving ships and making a forum for them you will have 24hrs to do this or Kari or myself will do it

Aria: You will be in charge of making sure that the Pirate Lords are posting and moving threads to archives

I will look after job lists and will help everyone else out when needed
